She has an innate ability to put herself in the prospective homeowner's mindset and zone in on what parts of the house we needed to repair, renovate, or replace. She has an uncanny ability to read people, and so very respectfully and gently encouraged us to make somewhat costly repairs and renovations, which would help justify our sales price target.
